Proof, not estimates: measuring every cooking session

How CarbonLink replaces survey-based assumptions with per-session evidence from the cookstove itself.

CarbonLink board inside a cookstove

Most carbon credits from clean cooking still lean on periodic surveys and assumptions about how often a stove is used. CarbonLink starts from the other end: measure every session on the device.

Sense, log, verify

  1. Sense. A sensor on each cookstove records every cooking session the moment it happens.
  2. Log. Energy, duration, location and time are logged per session and synced to the cloud.
  3. Verify. Continuous data replaces sample surveys, producing audit-ready, Gold Standard-aligned MRV.

Why per-session data

A survey tells you what people remember. A sensor tells you what happened. The result is a continuous, tamper-evident record that stands up to third-party audit, built from evidence instead of averages.

Where it is today

CarbonLink is live in the field, with more than 280 units sold. If you develop clean cooking projects and want to see the data behind every credit, talk to us.
